Diagnosing Rheumatoid Arthritis in Primary Care: Practical Approaches for Early DetectionIndustry Webcast Sponsored by Labcorp; Not for CME/CE Credit
While early detection of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) significantly improves long-term patient outcomes, primary care providers (PCPs) often report low diagnostic confidence, particularly in recognizing early symptoms and interpreting serologic/laboratory findings. In this session, PCPs will hear about how they can better identify early RA signs and symptoms using ACR/EULAR criteria; learn about emerging biomarkers that when used in combination provide a higher sensitivity to support an early diagnosis of RA; and gain greater confidence to initiate evidence-based referral strategies.
