Biography

Brittany Watson, M.D. is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Clemson University. Dr. Watson obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at Medical University of South Carolina. She completed her post-doctoral training at Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Watson has also most recently obtained her Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Policy. Dr. Watson is the Assistant Professor for the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She also serves as affiliate faculty at Harvard Medical School’s Center for Primary Care and for the T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Brigham Women’s Hospital and Ariadne Labs. Dr. Watson continues to serve as a primary care provider for her patients through various health care centers across North Carolina. Dr. Watson is a committee member for the International Myeloma Foundation and recently took part in the Annual African American Initiative Council Meeting.
