Biography

Daniel Solomon is a clinician educator in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Brigham and Women's Hospital. His areas of clinical expertise include diagnosis and management of HIV, Hepatitis C, and tickborne diseases. His academic interest is the intersection of injection drug use and infectious diseases, and is interested in creating models of care to integrate treatment for substance use disorders and infectious diseases. He is a passionate teacher and mentor across the spectrum of medical education from UME through CME. He is the director of clinical learning in the Health Sciences and Technology track at Harvard Medical School and co-director of the Infectious Disease in Primary Care CME course at Harvard Medical School.
