Diagnosed with AIDS on his 27th birthday in 2012, Raif underwent a profound transformation. Shedding a lifelong 'victim mindset' through inner work and ongoing self-education, his focus shifted to promoting self-empowerment on social media. Today, he is a dedicated HIV Advocate & Content Creator, Host at Plus Life Media, Co-Chair for the HOPE Collaboratory for HIV Cure Research, and natural professional natural bodybuilder. Through these roles, Raif works to educate, uplift, and reduce stigma surrounding HIV, embodying a commitment to resilience and empowerment.
