Geriatric Cases: Falls, Delirium, and Polypharmacy

Older adult patients are presenting with higher levels of complexity as they age. Primary care providers need to be able to handle the intricacies that occur in caring for older adults as it is rarely just one problem addressed at one visit. Learn how falls, delirium, and polypharmacy are intertwined and how best to provide care to patients who experience these issues.
