In this episode of "Bridging the Gap," Dr. Greg Hall will review population-based dietary trends seen in the Black community and how these differences can impact health.  He will also explore common laboratory results differences including clotting/PT/INR, HbA1c, benign ethnic neutropenia, thyroid, vitamin levels, and more.  Some of these differences are surprising and can definitely impact your clinical decision-making.  Finally, we will look at what research now says about the cause for some of these differences.
